As Head of Faculty – Science, you will lead with purpose, guiding a team of dedicated educators to innovate and collaborate, while ensuring a rigorous and engaging learning experience for our students. The Opportunity:
As Head of Faculty – Science, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence across teaching, learning, and curriculum development. You will lead a team of passionate and skilled educators, championing innovation, fostering collaboration, and supporting professional growth. This role is about more than leadership—it’s about shaping the learning culture and making a lasting impact on students and colleagues alike.
You’ll work collaboratively with senior leaders to shape the strategic direction of Science education, ensuring it remains responsive, relevant, and rigorous. This role offers the opportunity to lead with clarity and purpose—balancing innovation with strong educational foundations to create an environment where both staff and students can excel.
This is a full-time, permanent position. Applicants must have, or be able to, hold a current New Zealand Teaching Council practising certificate.
