Two Wins for College Triathletes

The Auckland Secondary Schools Aquathon is the first of the secondary school multisport competitions for the season. Held today on the College campus, the aquathon comprises a swim and a run, leaving out the bike section that completes the more well-known triathlon.

We had a number of College triathletes competing in what proved to be some tough conditions. Congratulations to Liam Ward who won the Senior Boys event emphatically with his 750m swim and 6km run and to Dylan McCullough who won the Junior Boys with Ryan Church in 3rd place over the 400m swim and 4km run.
