Middle School Boys Kick off Athletics Season

In the first instalment of a trio of upcoming athletics days, the middle school boys from Years 4 to 6 travelled to Llyod Elsmore for their annual track and field events. At this age, the boys compete in a more rounded variety of events, including throws, jumps, and multiple running distances. The slew of events included long and high jump; 100m, 200m, 400m, and 800m sprints; discus and shot put.

A huge congratulations to our year group champions who excelled over multiple events to claim these titles.

There were some incredible performances from our boys. We are excited to see them represent Saint Kentigern Boys’ School at the upcoming Remuera Zone competition. Thank you to the staff who organised this morning, Mr Duncan Grant and the PE department.
