A super achievement from our Year 10 footballer Reuben Clark who has been selected to play in the U-15s Manchester United Premier Cup World Finals 2013.

Reuben’s team Onehunga Sports qualified in April after winning the Australasian finals, and Reuben’s eligibility was granted by Nike and Manchester United this week.

The tournament is being held on the 6-9th of August at the Manchester United 1st team training ground, with the final match to be played at Old Trafford, where 20 of the best U-15s teams from all around the world will compete.

Onehunga Sports is the only team in Australia and New Zealand that has qualified, and while they are in the United Kingdom the team has also planned training sessions prior to the tournament at Blackburn Rovers Football Club in Lancashire.
