Clean Sweep on the Track at Easter Zone Athletics!

Year 7 and 8 athletes from the Boys’ School proved their strength at last week’s Eastern Zone event, with close to a clean sweep of top podium places on the track! 

Year 7 boys sprinted to first place in the 100m, 400m and 800m, with the Year 8 boys taking top honours in all individual running events – 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and 1500m! This was backed up in the field with 1st in Year 7 high jump along with a sprinkling of 2nd and 3rd spots across all events. Well done boys! We wish you luck at the inter-zone event this week!
